Future Energy Finland is one of the first companies in the world to start using sustainable energy, such as electricity made by green way, and also biomass in biogas cars. Our history goes back to 2009 when it all started with a simple idea of using modern technology to make a difference compared to the traditional methods.
Throughout our 11-year existence we used several car types, such as Nissan Leaf, Mitsubishi Outlander Plug-In, Volvo V60 Plug-In, Tesla 85 P as well as normal hybrids like Toyota Prius. Now we employ also one full electric Tesla X, three Nissan Leafs, and biogas models Volvo V70 and two Volkswagen.
Commissioned by the Finnish government, and local taxi and car organisations, the company has conducted many studies on the electric cars and related issues. Some of our clients and partners include but aren’t limited to: Hydrocell Oy, Fortum, Ensto, ABB, Finnish Parliament Future Committee, Birmingham University and European Ministry of Traffic.
Nowadays our interest lies in sharing our successful experiences with green technology in the car industry with other countries. Thus we are promoting worldwide electric traffic development together with new energy innovations. We are looking to participate in autonomic driving, as well drone transportation projects in the future.
